I was so so sick two weeks ago.
It all started Friday at work with a cough, I couldn't stop coughing. Saturday I felt okay. Sunday I felt horrible. The house was a mess, the laundry was pilled up and the girls wanted to play. I started Sunday morning by skipping breakfast because I didn't have an appetite. I folded a load of laundry that had been sitting in the dryer for three days, it felt like I had just ran a 5K. I was out of breath and completely exhausted. I decided to take it easy, in hopes that I would feel better, but it's hard to take it easy when you have a 4-year-old that misses you. Some mornings Cali wakes up begging me not to go to work, she wakes up crying. I decide to have a picnic in the backyard with my little girl. I get to relax and she gets to hang out with me.
I feel worse than I look
Cali brings me food and "flowers" to make me feel better
After lunch, I think I take 5 bits of lunch, Dr. Cali Murray diagnosis me and tells me I have to stay in the hospital for three days.
But after 30 minutes in Dr. Murray's hospital, miss Jackie wakes up.
After several hours of laying in the sun, hoping I would feel better, I decided it was time to go to urgent care. I was diagnosed with Bronchitis. I went to work the next morning because I didn't have any sick time and had an important meeting. Thankfully the meeting started was early and I was sent home at 1PM. I still have a cough but I don't feel sick anymore, I felt sick all week long. It was the longest week EVER!
